Yellow

Why do my grandparents answer the phone "Yellow?" I find this perplexing. Perhaps next time they answer that way, I should say "Red" or "Mellow." By the way, what ever happened to Mellow Yellow?

John - go to this link for Nicks site:

read his past about the missing cat. Hysterical.

I have answers: First of all did you know that "Hello" was invented by Thomas Edison when he invented the telephone. Maybe your Grandad is a revolutionary!

Second...Mello Yellow is still around. I saw it in the grocery store just the other day, I actually did a double take because I thought is was no longer being made. Seems like southeast Va still loves it some Mello.

Good answer Nick. How about mailing me some Mello Yello. Last time I saw it was in Forrest Gump.
